Theology is not a dead subject confined to musty libraries for scholastic debate. Whether aware of it or not, everyone’s particular theology shapes their worldview. From the atheist to the most devout saint, everyone views life through the lens of their particular theology. For this reason, everyone ought to strive for truth, for correct theology, for it is no light matter. Incorrect theology leads to incorrect knowledge, which leads to erroneous thinking, then to faulty conclusions, and finally, to improper behavior.
